Put our service to the test
De Friesland insurance company claimed to have the best service. They even had claims such as ‘we answer your question within x-time’ and we answer your call within y-minutes’. Those are hard claims, rarely ever met by any company. But since they were so certain. Why not put them to the test?
This is how the campaign was born. They were being thoroughly testen by their clients and non-clients to see if the claims were true. They were so confident that they even turn it into a bet. “I keep my promise or else…”
They only broke their promise on a handful of occasions and even those were borderline. Nevertheless the staff was happy to do the chores they promised, so that extra service definitely made up for the ‘lack of service’ they experienced before.
